Spellbound- Chapter 4

"Umm....... Alfe, I need to talk to you for a second." Kate whispered to Alfe. "Excuxe me, uh, Horace, can me and Alfe go somewhere for a few moments to have a talk?" She said while already getting up from the booth. "Sure..." Horace said with a confused and suspicious look on his face. Alfe was somewhat in a trance, starring at Kate the whole time. She had to drag Alfe outside by his arm. A few minutes later, Alfe snapped out of his trance and asked "Huh? What? Where am I?". "Okay. Ummm...... I don't-" Kate stopped talking when she realized Alfe was grinning at her. "You're gonna tell me you don't like me and you only like me as a friend, right? I know you're lying......." "No I'm not!" Alfe saw her blushing when she said this. While rapping his arm around Kate, Alfe said "I see you blushing..... Admit that you're lying...." Kate didn't say anything for a few minutes. She didn't even try to get out of Alfe's grasp. "I uhhhh..... I guess I was lying... Okay, I was lying....." She had a lovesick look in her eyes and kept starring at Alfe's eyes. They both started leaning closer to eachother, and eventually started kissing while hugging each other tightly. "Come on, let's go back inside before Horace comes out here to see what we're up to." Kate said while grinning at Alfe and snuggling up to him. Alfe said okay while smirking. They both walked back into the restaurant. Horace didn't say anything. He just looked at the two of them suspiciously. Kate started to blush and look nervous, while Alfe sat there starring at Kate with a lovesick look on his face. Roba had a nervous look on his face. "Guys, after breakfast, Roba said there was a problem where someone stole everything from the grocery store last night. So we're not going home right away." "I can wait." Alfe said while smirking at Kate.
