Buddy Huxton was the “villain” in Funny Facez.
He and Tony Marv had known each other since they were kids. He was Tony’s manager, and the only one to somewhat respect the PS in this episode. Little did they know it was all a cover-up...
On the surface, he just seems like a dedicated assistant. But, in reality, he was just using the job as a cover-up for his revenge against Tony.
When Buddy was a kid, he was great at making funny facez. Tony was jealous of Buddy’s talent, so one day he sent a dog to scare him as he was making a funny face, so it would get stuck that way forever (apparently, that’s something that can happen in this universe, don’t question it). Now, Buddy wants to exact his revenge on Tony, so he made up the case of the Internet leaks and planted the evidence on someone else as a diversion. He used the Internet leaks case to distract the PS, that way he could hatch a bigger plan in secret.
All along, Buddy was waiting for the perfect opportunity to do what Tony did to him. He planned to scare Tony while he made a new, “ultra-funny” face, that way Tony would suffer the same thing that he had to suffer all those years.
Somehow, even though Tony was definitely in the wrong, this makes Roba even more determined to save him. And so they do. With some help from Tux Dog, they get to Tony’s show in time to save him and stop Buddy.
And that’s the last we see of Buddy (and Tony as well). It’s unknown where he is now. Presumably, he escaped the building and ran off, or he was arrested.
